IBP Shrinky Dink How To

You probably played with them as a kid and remember how much fun it is to shrink down your own artwork. But did you know that you can run shrinky dink film through your inkjet printer, stamp in it or even create your own shrinky dink sheets with recycled containers? And you don't need to cook them in your oven any more either! So be sure to check out  my latest Inspired by Pinterest Shrinky Dink episode today on My Craft Channel.

You can buy both white and clear sheets of Shrink Film at most local craft stores or online.
TIP: Make sure you lighten up your images or use outdoor photos. When shrunk
down the color goes must darker.
Check out the Original size rose on the left and what it shrinks down to!!
Check it out you can use your Ranger Heat Tool to shrink instead of your OVEN!

Disclaimer: Pinterest is a great place to find inspiration but not all pins lead to blogs. I tried to only pick those ideas that I could find the original creator and give credit to. Please take a moment and check out these great blogs because without them I wouldn't have content to talk about on the new My Craft Channel show Inspired by Pinterest.

If you've never been to Pinterest and would like to check it out, you need an invite to the site to gain access (I don't know why). Just leave me a comment with your email and I'll send you an invite. However, I cannot be responsible for the time you will be spending on Pinterest!!
